I didn't get up to too much this weekend. I had a couple of teeth surgically removed last Thursday so I spent most of my weekend in bed. Its alright though cause I had Tom Welling and this little project to keep me company. (yes I embrace my inner teen and watch Smallville and I love it ;) )
I finished up my first hand embroidery panel and had attached it to my backing dresden.
Just spent some time on a little hand quilting to give it the finishing touch.
I also got spoilt by my hubby and M with these gorgeous tulips. It's been almost a week and they're still goin strong. ;)

ReplyDeleteUsing the embroidery as the dresden plate centre is a great idea. It looks fabulous.
A penny in those gorgeous tulips will keep them lasting longer as well.
