Dresden Love

Another finish from the to-do basket... you know the one I mentioned before and remember the bribe thats hanging over my head.

Well it's been pretty hard to stay on track but I'm getting there. In the bottom of that basket was 2 cushions that need to be finished.

This one is the first one I picked up so today it went from a patchwork front to a cushion.
I just used a piece of fabric from my stash and a zip I cut down top fit. Too easy... yeah yeah I know, then why did it take me four months to finish it. Well I'm a complicated quilter-woman-mummy-person and that's how I roll!

But isn't she so pretty! Now I'm one cushion closer to my stack of fabric bribe!

P.s. If you follow me on Facebook you know that I've been nominated for my quilt in the Bloggers Quilt Festival. THANK YOU if you nominated me. I really REALLY appreciate it. I went in hoping I might get a couple of comments and I feel so giddy at the thought that my little quilt got nominated. It's not too late to check out the talent over at Amy's Creative Side. And if you by, any chance, feel inclined to check out my entry I'm number 387. ;)
